Jack Schlossberg has responded to Madonna's recent explicit comments about his late uncle John F. Kennedy Jr. during an appearance on SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live. The 33-year-old congressional candidate appeared on the show to discuss his political campaign when host Andy Cohen unexpectedly raised Madonna's claim that JFK Jr. was the 'best sex' she had ever had.
Schlossberg's Cautious Reply
Cohen asked Schlossberg whether he found the remark amusing. After briefly hesitating, Schlossberg responded cautiously, saying, 'I'm running for office,' before adding, 'All I can say is that I bet she was right.'
Madonna, 67, recently made the viral comment during a conversation about her past relationships in a video for the Grindr dating app. While discussing her romantic history, she referred to JFK Jr. among her most memorable partners, sparking renewed public fascination with their past connection in the 1980s and 1990s.
Kennedy Family Legacy
During the interview, Cohen also shifted focus to the Kennedy family legacy, asking Schlossberg about personal heirlooms. Schlossberg shared that he wears one of his grandfather John F. Kennedy's ties for good luck while campaigning, describing it as one of his most meaningful possessions. He also noted that he has very few items belonging to JFK Jr., mentioning a non-working watch as one of the only pieces he owns.
Congressional Campaign
Schlossberg, the grandson of President John F. Kennedy, is currently running in the competitive Democratic primary for New York's 12th Congressional District. The race follows the retirement announcement of longtime Representative Jerry Nadler. He faces multiple opponents in a crowded field and has gained attention for his outspoken political style and criticism of the Trump administration. Despite endorsements from prominent Democratic figures, polls suggest a tightly contested race ahead of the upcoming election.
