The President of the National Human Rights Society, Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Fakhri, met with the CEO of the National Center for Curriculum, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Makmi Al-Ruwaili, in Riyadh. The meeting focused on the role of curricula in establishing national values, enhancing the culture of rights and responsibilities, contributing to character building, and developing positive behaviors among students.
Curriculum Impact Assessment
During the meeting, the center reviewed mechanisms for measuring the impact of curricula on the educational environment. They also evaluated methodologies for assessing the achievement of educational objectives, values, knowledge, and targeted skills. Additionally, the periodic review and development of educational content were examined to enhance its effectiveness in achieving goals and keeping pace with changing educational needs.
Strengthening Cooperation
Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and exchanging expertise in areas of mutual interest. This collaboration aims to support the development of educational content and enhance students’ values, knowledge, and skills.
