In the initial post, the Aarzu singer shared a photo of himself using a nebuliser, captioned “Welcome back.” This quickly sparked concern and speculation among fans about his health.
Clarification and Update
To clarify the situation, Azhar later took to Instagram Stories, where he explained that he was suffering from a tonsil infection and thanked fans for their concern and messages of support.
“Okay, sorry, didn’t mean to worry my fam. It’s just a tonsil infection,” he wrote, adding that he was following medical advice and recovering.
Doctor’s Advice
The singer also shared that his doctors had advised him to rest following his recent busy schedule, including performances and tours. Adding humour to the situation, he wrote, “Doctors are saying, ‘Son, you’ve sung a lot, now sit at home for a bit,’” referring to his hectic workload.
Azhar reassured fans that there was nothing serious to worry about and that he would return to full health soon.

Expressing gratitude for the outpouring of support, he added, “Seeing all your love on the new releases every day is making me feel better already,” thanking fans for their continued encouragement.
