Theresa Randle, known for her roles in films such as 'Bad Boys' and 'The Wood,' has been served with a temporary restraining order following allegations made by her former partner, Dario Pallini. The court filings, obtained by TMZ, detail two incidents that allegedly occurred after their relationship ended in 2024. The temporary restraining order was granted ahead of a court hearing scheduled for June 23.
Alleged Incidents
In the filings, Pallini claims the most recent incident took place on June 1. He alleges that upon returning home, he found Randle inside his residence. According to Pallini, she was 'sitting in my closet with my dog' and appeared to be smoking crack cocaine. He further claims that when he asked her to leave, she became angry and threw a can of vegetables that struck him on the head. Police reportedly attended the property and removed her from the residence.
A second incident allegedly occurred on May 18. Pallini claims he woke up to find Randle inside his apartment. He alleges she was under the influence of drugs and began cleaning the property while demanding money she believed she was owed. He further claims that she threatened to shoot him and struck him in the shoulder with the metal leg of a medical bed. Pallini stated that he had her arrested following this incident.
Restraining Order and Legal Status
The judge granted a temporary restraining order based on the filings. Pallini also claimed in court documents that Randle 'is addicted to drugs and needs help,' although this statement has not been independently verified. As of now, Randle has not been charged in connection with the allegations. A representative for the actress had not responded to requests for comment at the time of writing.
