Election activity for the Lahore Region Cricket Association (LRCA) Elections 2026 has gained significant momentum as the Khawaja Nadeem (KN) Group intensified its campaign across various zones ahead of the June 19 polls. As part of the ongoing outreach drive, Shalimar Zone presidential candidate M Arshad, secretary candidate Baba Khurshid, and treasurer candidate Asif Aziz met Khawaja Nadeem at his office along with a delegation of club organizers from the zone.

The meeting centered on election strategy, the promotion of club cricket, and future development plans for Shalimar Zone. Club representatives shared their views, suggestions, and expectations, while discussions also covered organizational stability, cooperation among stakeholders, and measures to strengthen grassroots cricket.

Baba Khurshid emphasized transparency, merit, and effective administration, while Asif Aziz vowed to ensure accountability and prudent management of financial resources.
