Search and Rescue Operations Underway
The Pakistan Aviation Authority (PAA) announced on Friday that search and rescue operations for the missing K2 Airways cargo aircraft are still ongoing in the deep sea. According to posts on X, the PAA stated that the Pakistan Navy (PN) and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) continue to conduct coordinated search and rescue (SAR) missions.
Coordinated Efforts by Navy and Maritime Agency
The PAA emphasized that the search for the crew members is being pursued with full vigour through the combined use of aerial and sea-borne assets. The authority also confirmed that additional parts and debris have been retrieved from the site.
