Record 101% Recovery Rate

Timely recovery of electricity dues remained a top priority throughout the year. As a result of unwavering commitment and coordinated efforts by commercial formations, IESCO achieved an impressive 101% recovery rate, setting a new benchmark in operational excellence. This means the company collected more than the billed amount, including arrears from previous periods.

The recovery performance is among the highest in the country, demonstrating effective billing and collection mechanisms. IESCO has consistently focused on reducing outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flows.

Revenue Growth and System Modernization

IESCO also reported substantial revenue growth during FY 2025-26, though specific figures were not disclosed. The company has continued its system modernization initiatives, including upgrades to grid stations, transformers, and distribution networks. These improvements aim to enhance reliability and reduce outages for consumers across the Islamabad region.

The anti-electricity theft campaign has been a critical component of IESCO's strategy, leading to the detection and regularization of illegal connections. This has contributed to both loss reduction and revenue improvement.

Impact and Future Outlook

IESCO's performance reinforces its position as one of Pakistan's leading power distribution companies. The achievements are expected to improve customer satisfaction and financial sustainability. The company plans to build on these results by further investing in technology and infrastructure.

The CEO expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors, management, and all employees for their dedication. IESCO aims to maintain its trajectory of excellence in the coming fiscal years.
