The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) has officially announced the commencement of admissions for its MS/MPhil and PhD programmes for the academic year 2026. The announcement was made by Director Admissions, Dr Kausar Yasmeen, who confirmed that the application process is now open for various postgraduate programmes across multiple disciplines.
Admission Deadline
Prospective students are required to submit their applications by July 20, 2026, as per the official admission schedule. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Programmes at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Campus
For the MS/MPhil programmes at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Campus, admissions are being offered in the following disciplines: Microbiology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physics, Zoology, Geography, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Mathematical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmacognosy. Additionally, PhD programmes are available in Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, and Biochemistry at the same campus.
Programmes at Abdul Haq Campus
At the Abdul Haq Campus, the university is inviting applications for MS/MPhil programmes in International Relations, Political Science, and Sindhi. Furthermore, a PhD programme in Education is also open for applications.
