LOS ANGELES – Ahead of the release of his new film Disclosure Day, renowned director Steven Spielberg has made bold claims about extraterrestrial life. The 79-year-old filmmaker, known for dealing with alien encounters in his movies, stated he believes in aliens and went further by asserting that they have visited Earth.
Spielberg's Belief in Extraterrestrial Visits
During the promotion of the upcoming sci-fi thriller, Spielberg revealed that extensive work went into portraying non-human intelligent life. He cited visual evidence and testimonies as the basis for his conviction. “Based on a preponderance of visual evidence and testimony, I have no doubt that we have been visited by off-world species since Roswell in 1947,” the filmmaker said.
Research Behind Disclosure Day
The team behind Disclosure Day conducted thorough research, examining publicly available evidence on UFOs and interviewing individuals who claim to have made contact with extraterrestrial life. This research influenced Spielberg's perspective. He added, “I was less a believer before because I always said, ‘I’ve got to see one to believe one,’ but now there’s too much circumstantial evidence.”
Release of Disclosure Day
Disclosure Day is set to hit cinemas today (Friday), promising audiences a compelling narrative that blends fiction with real-world speculation about alien existence.
