Saudi Arabia's climate envoy and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel Al-Jubeir, recently met with Germany's Federal Minister for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, Carsten Schneider, in Berlin. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation on climate and environmental protection, as reported by the Foreign Ministry on Saturday.

The two officials discussed ways to coordinate efforts on climate and environmental protection and reviewed the latest developments in international climate action. They also highlighted Saudi Arabia's priorities and efforts related to climate change, environmental preservation, and combating desertification.
