Child Injured in Israeli Raid on Family Home

A 10-year-old child, Raed Odeh Abu Alia, sustained a head injury caused by a stun grenade when Israeli forces and colonists attacked the home of Mohammad Hamed Abu Alia’s family in the village of Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah, on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Local sources reported that one Palestinian was injured by live fire in the thigh and two others suffered injuries from rubber-coated metal bullets during the assault.

Broader Settler Violence Across West Bank

According to local sources, dozens of settlers attacked the village of Khirbet Mas’ud, near Ya’bad, south of Jenin, releasing their sheep onto agricultural land and causing damage to crops and trees. The area has faced continuous attacks by colonists and Israeli forces, including raids on homes and grazing areas, as part of a policy aimed at restricting Palestinian movement and seizing land for settlement expansion and forced displacement.

In another incident, settlers grazed their livestock on Palestinian-owned land in Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah, under the protection of Israeli forces, damaging crops in the Al-Khala’il area. Additionally, settlers attacked municipal workers in Qabalan, south of Nablus, while they were extending an electricity line to a Palestinian house in the Ain Al-Qasab area, preventing them from completing the work.
