Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held separate meetings with Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) Asma Arbab Alamgir, Aamir Talal Gopang, Mir Pouline Baloch, Ayaz Ali Shah Shirazi, and Nosheen Iftikhar, as well as Pakistan Muslim League-N Senior Vice President Syed Shah Muhammad Shah. During the meetings, the lawmakers appreciated the prime minister for presenting what they described as a people-friendly federal budget for the fiscal year 2026-27 and commended Pakistan’s effective diplomatic role in promoting peace and stability in the region. The discussions also focused on issues related to the lawmakers’ respective constituencies and ongoing development matters.

The lawmakers highlighted Pakistan's growing diplomatic influence and praised the budget's focus on public welfare. They noted that the budget addressed key economic challenges and aimed to provide relief to common citizens. The prime minister thanked them for their support and reiterated the government's commitment to development and stability.

Federal Minister for Public Affairs Unit Rana Mubashir Iqbal and the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Talha Burki were also present during the meetings.
