Sargodha Commissioner Orders Better Revenue and Governance

Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali on Tuesday directed district administrations to further improve revenue recovery, public service delivery and governance standards, emphasising accountability, transparency and citizen-centric administration.

Performance Review Meeting

Chairing a monthly performance review meeting at the Deputy Commissioner Complex, the commissioner reviewed progress on several key areas. These included Chief Minister Punjab Governance KPIs, revenue recovery, Muharram-ul-Haram arrangements, development projects, public-private partnership initiatives, city beautification schemes and monsoon preparedness.

Focus on Accountability

The commissioner stressed the need for strict accountability at all levels to ensure efficient service delivery. He called for transparent processes in revenue collection and public dealings to build trust among citizens.
