Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi has paid rich tribute to Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed on his 27th martyrdom anniversary. He said Captain Sher Khan Shaheed’s eternal sacrifice is a golden chapter in the nation’s history.
Tribute to a National Hero
The Governor of Sindh stated that this brave son of the nation wrote a new chapter of courage during the Kargil conflict. He emphasized that brave sons like Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed are the pride of this land.
Hashmi said that the nation will never forget the sacrifice of this great hero, who was awarded the Nishan-e-Haider, Pakistan's highest military award. The martyrs of the Pakistan Army are the pride of our nation and the honor of the country, he added.
Prayers for the Fallen
He offered prayers for the elevation of the ranks of Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed. The governor's remarks came during a ceremony held in Karachi to mark the 27th anniversary of the martyr's death.
