Provincial Ombudsperson for Punjab, Dr. Najma Afzal Khan, held a key meeting with the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, alongside the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ombudsperson, Barrister Rabab Mehdi.
