Saudi Minister Visits $300M Point Project in Asir

Saudi Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) Ahmed Al-Khateeb visited The Point project, the first and largest mixed-use development in the Aseer region. The project is one of the schemes supported by the TDF.

Project Overview and Investment

During the visit, Al-Khateeb reviewed progress on the project, which has a total investment value of SR1.125 billion ($300 million). The project is being developed and operated by Advanced Rasm for Property Management Company on an area of 75,000 square meters, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Friday.

Minister's Remarks on Aseer's Potential

Al-Khateeb stated that the Aseer region possesses exceptional natural, cultural, and tourism assets that make it one of the Kingdom's most promising destinations. He emphasized that quality tourism projects contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and strengthening Aseer's position as a leading tourism destination.
