BAHAWALNAGAR - Bahawalnagar Police have intensified their crackdown against criminal elements, resulting in the arrest of several proclaimed offenders from different police station limits. According to details, the police operation led to the apprehension of multiple individuals who were wanted in serious crimes.
Arrests Made Across Police Stations
Bahawalnagar Police Sadar arrested one proclaimed offender, while Police Station A Division arrested two, and Police Station B Division also arrested two proclaimed offenders. Similarly, Police Station Faqirwali arrested one proclaimed offender. These arrests were part of a coordinated effort to bring wanted criminals to justice.
Serious Crimes Involved
The arrested accused were wanted by the police in various serious cases, including robbery, banditry, and murder. They had been evading arrest for a long time, and their capture marks a significant achievement for law enforcement in the region.
Police officials have confirmed that legal proceedings have been initiated against the arrested individuals, and further investigations are underway to uncover any additional criminal networks they may be linked to.
In a separate development, the Supreme Court observed that a judge with a tarnished reputation cannot serve, emphasizing the importance of integrity in the judiciary.
