According to a police spokesperson, the arrests were made during a series of raids and checkpoints set up in different parts of Islamabad. Among those arrested were individuals with prior criminal records, including those involved in theft, robbery, and drug trafficking.

The recovered items include 1.5 kilograms of heroin, 3 kilograms of hashish, 10 pistols, and a large number of bullets. The police also confiscated vehicles and mobile phones used in criminal activities.

Police Statement
