Islamabad Hotel Owner Booked for Late-Night Party

Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have registered a case against a hotel owner and an event organiser for allegedly hosting a late-night party, defying restrictions imposed by the district administration in the federal capital. According to an official, the case was lodged at Kohsar Police Station following a complaint filed by a First Class Magistrate of ICT Islamabad.

Violation of Administrative Orders

The official revealed that authorities discovered a private event continuing late into the night at a hotel in F-6 Markaz, despite explicit restrictions under orders issued by the district administration. The First Information Report (FIR) named hotel owner Shujaatul Fazal and event organiser Faisal as accused for permitting the gathering to extend beyond prescribed timings.

Legal Action Under Section 188

The accused have been booked under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) for violating official orders promulgated by a public servant. Police stated that the matter came to light during enforcement of administrative orders aimed at maintaining public order and regulating activities during restricted hours.
