LRCA Announces U-19 Fitness Tests for Inter-District Tournament
The Lahore Region Cricket Association (LRCA) has scheduled fitness tests for under-19 players on July 1 at 5:30 pm at the Ittefaq LRCA Ground Lahore. These tests are part of the selection process for the upcoming Inter-District U-19 Cricket Tournament.
133 Players Shortlisted Based on Wrist Test and Challenge Cup
A total of 133 players have been shortlisted from affiliated zonal cricket associations. The selection was based on the results of the wrist test and their performances in the U-19 Challenge Cup.
Supervision and Coaching Staff
The fitness tests will be supervised by Lahore Region head coaches Aizaz Cheema and Ashraf Ali, assisted by the regional coaching staff. According to the LRCA, all shortlisted players and their respective zonal associations must report on time with original identification documents.
No Second Chance for Absentees
The association has made it clear that players who fail to appear for the scheduled fitness tests will not be given another opportunity. All participants have been informed about the PCB’s approved fitness benchmarks to prepare accordingly.
