Pakistan captain Fatima Sana has allayed fears over her fitness ahead of Sunday's crucial ICC Women's T20 World Cup opener against arch-rivals India in Birmingham. Sana sustained a knock to her knee during a net session on Saturday but confirmed she is fit to play.
Injury Update
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Sana said: "Ayesha (Zafar) played the shot, and it hit my knee. I think it is good now." When asked if she would be available for the high-stakes clash, she responded: "Yes, hopefully."
