MOL Pakistan Launches Fifth Batch of Management Trainee Programme for TAL Block Youth
MOL Pakistan Launches Fifth Batch of Management Trainee Programme

MOL Pakistan has officially launched the fifth batch of its Management Trainee Programme, continuing a five-year tradition of investing in local youth from communities within the TAL Block operational area. Assessment tests were conducted in Kohat, and selected candidates will now participate in a comprehensive one-year programme.

Programme Structure and Opportunities

The Management Trainee Programme offers selected candidates hands-on rotations across various business functions within MOL Pakistan, one-on-one professional mentorship, and structured workplace training. Graduates of previous batches have successfully secured positions in Pakistan's energy and corporate sectors, demonstrating the programme's effectiveness in building career pathways.

This initiative is a flagship component of MOL Pakistan's community investment strategy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Rather than providing one-off sponsorships, the company has established a sustainable, year-on-year pathway that gives talented students from host communities access to professional exposure and career development opportunities.

This programme exists because we believe in empowering our local communities to build a skilled and well-trained workforce for the long term. We look forward to seeing what this new cohort goes on to achieve.”

Ádám László, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of MOL Pakistan, added, “We are proud of the work that MOL continues to do in Pakistan by implementing initiatives such as the Management Trainee Programme to support the careers of young people from our local communities.”
