Election Schedule Approved for HCSTSI 2026-2028 Term
Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, Secretary General of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI), has officially announced the election schedule for the Office Bearers and Members of the Executive Committee for the term 2026–2028. The schedule was approved during the Executive Committee meeting held on 23 June 2026.
Elections for All 20 Executive Committee Seats
Elections will be conducted to fill all 20 seats of the Executive Committee. The committee also approved the formation of a three-member Election Commission for the 2026–2028 elections, comprising Naeem Aslam, Javaid Qureshi, and Abdul Aleem. A formal notification regarding the constitution of the Election Commission has already been issued.
According to Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, the election process aims to ensure transparent and fair selection of office bearers. The HCSTSI represents small traders and small industry in Hyderabad, and the upcoming elections are crucial for guiding the chamber's activities over the next two years.
