Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met with Prof Dr Murat Yalçintas, General Manager and CEO of OYAK, along with his delegation, on Saturday in Istanbul. The meeting focused on expanding investment, strengthening industrial cooperation, and exploring new avenues for a strategic economic partnership between Pakistan and Türkiye.
Meeting on Sidelines of Business Conference
The discussion took place on the sidelines of the Pakistan–Türkiye Business Conference. Dr Murat and his colleagues appreciated Pakistan's economic progress and development, and expressed keen interest in making investments in Pakistan.
High-Level Attendees
The meeting was also attended by ministers of maritime, power, petroleum, privatization, and IT & telecommunications, as well as Pakistan's envoy to Türkiye. According to officials, the OYAK delegation showed strong interest in Pakistan's economic reforms and growth trajectory.
