The chef personally guided diners through the menu, beginning with a selection of starters. Highlights include a lentil salad with goat cheese and apple, featuring long ribbons of cucumber, lentils, and a vibrant green dressing; salt and pepper calamari; crispy shrimp; and the soup of the week — tomato and basil. Each dish offers a subtle twist on a familiar classic in both presentation and flavor.
Following the starters, the Fisher platter presents fish, shrimp, chips, mushy peas, and tartare sauce.
