A source told The UK Sun, “This was really nasty. Eva sustained an injury and was clearly in pain and producers were taking no chances. Medics were called and Eva went to hospital. She underwent treatment and is now recovering well.”

The mysterious sister of Morticia Addams was teased at the end of the previous season after being shown from behind writing the words “Wednesday must die” on a wall, before Wednesday began experiencing psychic visions connected to Ophelia's journal.
