In connection with World Environment Day, observed globally on June 5, Radio Pakistan Sargodha FM-101 organized a special edition of its popular program "Shaheen Sargodha" on Saturday. The episode focused on environmental protection, climate change, and public awareness.
Guest Speakers and Their Expertise
The program featured Dr. Syed Haroon Ali, Assistant Professor at the Department of Earth Sciences, University of Sargodha. He is also associated with the Central Research Lab (CRL) as a Machine Expert and the Interdisciplinary Research Center for One Health (IRCOH). Another distinguished guest was Muhammad Rana, Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Sargodha. He shared insights regarding environmental regulations, pollution control measures, and government initiatives aimed at environmental conservation.
