According to the written complaint, the incident occurred on June 8, 2026, at approximately 1:45 p.m. in her office. Mr. Qamar Gujjar, accompanied by Mr. Sajid Ghafoor, allegedly entered without prior permission or an appointment.

The complaint states that Mr. Gujjar initiated an aggressive discussion regarding a previous matter, spoke in a raised voice, and maintained unprofessional conduct for nearly an hour.
