The committee examined the draft 2026 HEC Regulatory Framework for the Establishment and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Pakistan.

In a separate session, Dar chaired the 6th meeting of the High-Level Committee for the 9th OIC Ministerial Conference on Women, scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan from July 12 to 13, 2026. The conference will bring together ministers and delegates from OIC member states to discuss women's empowerment and development.
