The Supreme Court of Pakistan has reaffirmed its dedication to building a people-centred, resilient, and future-ready justice system through active participation in Pakistan's inaugural Rule of Law Forum. The forum was organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) under the European Union-funded Deliver Justice Project.

Forum Convened Key Stakeholders

The event brought together members of the judiciary, government institutions, academia, civil society, the private sector, development partners, and policy experts. Participants engaged in discussions on emerging challenges facing the justice sector.

Three Core Areas of Discussion

Deliberations focused on three main themes: Climate Justice, Commercial Justice, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the justice sector. These areas were identified as critical for modernizing the legal framework and ensuring access to justice for all citizens.
