Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, arrived in Cairo on Saturday to participate in the 4th meeting of the R-4 Group of Foreign Ministers, scheduled for June 21. The meeting is part of ongoing efforts to promote peace, stability, and regional cooperation in the Middle East.

R-4 Mechanism and Participants

The R-4 mechanism brings together Pakistan, host Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye. Upon arrival in Cairo, the Deputy Prime Minister was received by Nazih El Naggary and Pakistan's Ambassador to Egypt, Aamir Shouket.
