Rawalpindi: Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, called on Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, in Rawalpindi today.
