Punjab Minister Holds Open Court, Announces Beautification

LAHORE – Punjab Housing and Urban Development Minister Bilal Yaseen conducted an open court (Khuli Kachehri) in his constituency on Sunday, where he personally listened to the grievances of local residents and party workers. The minister issued on-the-spot directives to resolve the raised issues promptly.

During the open court, Minister Bilal Yaseen announced that beautification work from Data Darbar to Mohni Road would commence shortly. He highlighted that the construction and rehabilitation of major roads and narrow streets in the constituency have significantly enhanced the ease of movement for both residents and the business community.

Economic Measures and Budget Plans

Bilal Yaseen noted that the global increase in petroleum prices has led to a rise in the cost of local goods. However, he added that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken steps to reduce the financial burden on citizens by providing free travel facilities. He further stated that planning for record development projects in the upcoming fiscal year is already underway. The minister expressed confidence that the next budget would be people-friendly and contribute to the province’s prosperity.
