Showcasing Alignment with Islamic Shariah
The ministry is presenting Saudi Arabia's experience in harmonizing its judicial system with the principles of Islamic Shariah within a contemporary institutional framework, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency. This includes highlighting legislative and procedural reforms that have enhanced efficiency, transparency, and stability in the legal and contractual environment, in line with global best practices.
Digital Platforms and Accessibility
Furthermore, the ministry is demonstrating the role of digital platforms in advancing judicial services and procedures, making them more accessible both within and outside the Kingdom. These digital initiatives are part of a broader effort to modernize the judicial sector.
The Kingdom's broader cultural and intellectual presence at the fair is being overseen by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission. The book fair, held at the World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will run until June 7.
