RAWALPINDI: Following the circulation of a video on social media depicting alleged mujra and indecent acts inside the Rawalpindi Judicial Complex, local police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. According to police sources, the case has been lodged at the Civil Lines police station based on a complaint from the watchman of the Sessions Court.
Details of the Complaint
The complainant stated that he came across a video on social media in which men and women are seen performing indecent acts within the premises of the Judicial Complex. He further noted that the mujra appears to have taken place in a section of the complex commonly used by lawyers. The complainant emphasized that the faces of the individuals involved are clearly visible in the video, urging authorities to take steps to identify and arrest them.
Police Action
Upon receiving the complaint, the Civil Lines police registered a case under relevant legal provisions. A senior police official confirmed that an investigation has been launched to trace the individuals seen in the video. The official added that the police are also examining the authenticity of the video and gathering evidence from the scene.
