In her message, the CM paid rich tribute to the martyred pilots, Captain Qasim and Captain Talha, who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty. She lauded their sacrifice for the nation and said that their services would always be remembered with respect and honour.

CM Maryam Nawaz extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families of the martyred pilots and prayed for patience and strength for them to bear this irreparable loss. She also prayed for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident, expressing hope that they would be provided the best possible medical care.
