RAWALPINDI: Security Forces killed 21 more terrorists, including four ring leaders, belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna al Khwarij in a series of Intelligence Based Operations conducted in the general area of Miran Shah and its surroundings in North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Details of the Operations
Following fierce fire exchanges, in the last seventy-two hours, twenty-one more khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khwarij including four kharji ring leaders have been sent to hell, thereby causing a significant blow to the khwarijs' network operating in the area. The killed ring leaders were identified as Kharji Khalid Raza alias Salar, Kharji Muftoon, Kharji Musa, and Kharji Imran alias Ayan. This was stated in a news release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Killed Kharji ring leaders were highly wanted for their involvement in numerous terrorist activities including killing of security forces personnel and innocent civilians. So far, in total, 48 khwarij have been killed in these highly skilful and precise operations, the news release added.
Recoveries and Condemnation
Weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from the killed Indian-sponsored Khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities and killing of innocent civilians. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended the security forces for successful operations against Fitna al Khwarij terrorists in different areas of North Waziristan, including Miran Shah.
The president appreciated the professional capabilities and valour of the security forces in eliminating several terrorists. According to a press release of the PM Office Media Wing, the prime minister, while appreciating the security forces, said operations against terrorists would continue till complete elimination of terrorism.
