Around 11,000 candidates appeared in the screening test conducted by the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) at Public School Hyderabad on Saturday for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. The test, which was originally scheduled for May 30, had been deferred by a week to June 6 by the SPSC.
Officials Inspect Test Center
Former provincial secretary and Member SPSC Dr Qazi Shahid Pervaiz, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Zain-ul-Abedin Memon, visited the test center to review the transparency of the test as well as the arrangements and security measures in place. The officials expressed satisfaction with the strict security protocols, effective invigilation, and coordinated administrative support that were ensured throughout the test process.
Fair Examination Environment
The Deputy Commissioner stated that all necessary arrangements were made to provide candidates with a fair, peaceful, and conducive examination environment. He emphasized that the administration had taken every possible step to ensure a smooth and transparent testing process.
In a related development, the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC) has replaced a 60-year-old main water line in the city, aiming to improve water supply and reduce losses. The project is part of ongoing efforts to upgrade aging infrastructure.
