District Police Officer Bahawalnagar, Muhammad Imran, convened a special Police Darbar at Abdul Razzaq Shaheed Police Lines in Bahawalnagar on Monday. The event saw a large turnout of police officers, jawans, elite force members, and female police officials. The primary objective of the Darbar was to establish direct communication with subordinate staff and gain firsthand knowledge of their professional and personal challenges.
Direct Problem Resolution
During the Darbar, DPO Muhammad Imran attentively listened to the concerns of police employees and officers one by one. He issued immediate orders on the spot to resolve their issues promptly, ensuring swift action on their grievances.
Emphasis on Merit and Performance
Addressing the police force, the DPO strongly underscored the importance of merit within the department. He made it clear that all appointments and promotions would be made strictly on the basis of merit and performance, ensuring that deserving individuals receive their due rights. He directed all employees and jawans to remain highly alert and perform their duties diligently in light of the current security situation.
DPO Muhammad Imran stated that honesty, good morals, and a strong sense of duty should be the hallmark of every officer. He reiterated that the protection of people's lives and property remains the top priority. Warning against negligence and corruption, he declared that such behavior would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
