Significance of Muharram

Referring to the significance of Muharram, she said the month serves as a reminder of the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain (RA), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). “The philosophy of sacrifice demonstrated by Imam Hussain (RA) continues to inspire the oppressed and challenge oppression in every era,” she said.
