The newly approved system enables overseas Pakistanis to complete online sale deeds through diplomatic missions, eliminating the need for physical presence at registration offices. Verification processes will be seamlessly linked to NADRA, allowing for biometric and facial recognition at any sub-registrar office or People's Service Centre, thereby streamlining property transactions for non-resident citizens.
Enhanced Judicial Efficiency and Revenue Mechanisms
To expedite the resolution of e-challan settlements, consumer courts across various districts will be granted traffic court powers under the Sindh Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act 2025. This innovative approach avoids the construction of new court buildings and ensures faster trials for traffic violations, improving judicial efficiency. Additionally, the cabinet approved the transfer of the provincial e-stamping system and established a settlement framework for infrastructure cess disputes, which are expected to bolster revenue collection and reduce bureaucratic delays.

In a move to protect natural resources, the cabinet approved the expansion of protected mangrove forests in the Indus Delta.
