Woman and Three Children Found Dead in Okara Village

OKARA - A woman and her three children were found dead at their house in Jandraka village on Saturday, according to police and rescue officials. The bodies were recovered from a room in the residence and have been moved to the morgue for autopsy as investigations continue.

Victims Identified

The deceased were identified as Fiza, wife of Riaz, and her three children: Daud, Junaid, and Dua Fatima. Police stated that during initial examinations, no visible signs of violence or injuries were observed on the bodies. The exact cause of death will be determined after post-mortem examinations and forensic reports are received.

Senior Police Official Visits Scene

District Police Officer (DPO) Dr. Assad Ejaz Malhi visited the crime scene in Jandraka village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Ravi police station. He inspected the area and was briefed by officers on the circumstances of the incident. A Crime Scene Unit team collected forensic evidence from the house for further analysis.

Investigation Ordered

Dr. Malhi ordered a thorough investigation and formed a special investigation team under the supervision of the SP Investigation. Police said all possible aspects of the case are being examined, and the investigation will proceed strictly on the basis of available evidence and facts to ascertain the actual circumstances surrounding the deaths.
