The high-profile event featured the iconic players and captains from all eight competing franchises. The star-studded lineup included Kieron Pollard (UAE Bulls), Thisara Perera (Northern Warriors), Shakib Al Hasan (Royal Champs), and Faf du Plessis (Vista Riders). They were joined by Sam Billings (Aspin Stallions), Liam Livingstone (Quetta Qavalry), Nicholas Pooran (Deccan Gladiators), and Moeen Ali (Ajman Titans).
Players unanimously expressed their enthusiasm for the upcoming season, lauding the T10 format for its rapid pace and appeal to fans worldwide. Tournament Format and Key Dates
This year's competition will be a cricketing marathon, featuring 32 matches played across 13 days. All the action will unfold at the iconic Zayed Cricket Stadium, renowned for its quick outfield and vibrant atmosphere that amplifies the excitement.
The tournament will kick off with a thrilling opening double-header. The first match will see Quetta Qavalry take on Northern Warriors, followed by a clash between Deccan Gladiators and UAE Bulls.
The league follows a round-robin format, ensuring every team faces each other in the group stage. The top four teams will then advance to the high-stakes playoffs beginning on November 29, which will feature Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator match. The tournament will reach its climax on November 30 with Qualifier 2 and the grand Final, where the 2025 Abu Dhabi T10 champion will be crowned.
