Reckless Ben Releases Part 3 of Bricks & Minifigs Documentary

YouTuber Reckless Ben has released Part 3 of his Bricks & Minifigs documentary series after legal proceedings temporarily delayed its publication. The nearly hour-long video explores the legal dispute surrounding his investigation and includes courtroom audio, recorded conversations, and new claims about the criminal case that followed.

Legal Restrictions Lifted

According to Ben, the documentary was delayed after a temporary restraining order restricted the public use of certain case materials. He now says those restrictions have been lifted, allowing him to publish the latest installment and continue the series. The documentary features official courtroom audio obtained from legal proceedings, as cameras were not permitted inside the courtroom.

Prosecutor's Phone Call

It also includes a recorded phone conversation with a man identified as prosecutor Nick Miel, who acknowledged during the call that he had not personally viewed video footage submitted as evidence in the case. Ben argues that the footage contradicts allegations made against him during the investigation, including claims that he and his group threatened individuals at a Bricks & Minifigs location. He disputes those allegations and maintains that his team complied immediately when asked to leave the premises.

The prosecutor responded that video evidence may not capture every aspect of an incident. The documentary also alleges that Bricks & Minifigs obtained Ben's personal information through legal requests to identify him following his anonymous investigation, a claim that has not been independently verified.

Part 4 in Development

Toward the end of the video, Ben confirms that the court restrictions have been lifted and announces that Part 4 is already in development. Neither Bricks & Minifigs nor prosecutors publicly responded to the new claims at the time of publication. The legal dispute surrounding the documentary series remains ongoing.
