KARACHI – K-Electric (KE) has ramped up its efforts to improve bill recoveries by organizing a customer facilitation camp in Manzoor Colony. These camps are designed to provide on-the-spot support for bill payments, payment plans, meter-related queries, and new connection applications, assisting customers in clearing their outstanding dues.
During the camp, applications were submitted for 17 new electricity connections. Additionally, through the IBC on Wheels service, electricity bill payments exceeding PKR 6.5 million were collected from defaulters.
Khurram Abdullah, K-Electric's Head of Distribution Operations, stated, “Our customer facilitation camps serve as a direct channel to engage with communities and resolve issues at their doorstep. These initiatives are aimed at improving bill recovery and reducing distribution losses, while also making it easier for compliant customers to access services. At the same time, our commitment to delivering an uninterrupted and reliable power supply remains unwavering.”
