CEO Statement on Promotions
Chief Executive Officer of the Education Authority Lahore, Tariq Mehmood, said that promotions had remained pending for the past three years due to various administrative reasons. He stated that the current administration prioritised the matter to ensure employees received their due rights and career progression opportunities.
Merit-Based Process
The CEO added that promotions for 400 teachers and non-teaching staff members have been completed strictly on merit and in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations. The process will continue, with more employees expected to benefit next month.
