The Ministry of Religious Affairs has reported a strong response to the Hajj registration drive, with over 80,000 applicants registered in the first three days. The data, generated through the Hajj Management System, shows that intending pilgrims from across the country have shown keen interest.

Top Departure Cities

Among the registered applicants, those choosing Karachi as their departure station form the largest group. Lahore and Islamabad follow as the second and third most popular departure cities, respectively. The breakdown by gender includes approximately 47,000 men and 33,000 women.

The registration process continues to attract applicants, reflecting the high demand for Hajj pilgrimage among Pakistanis. The ministry has urged applicants to complete their registration promptly to secure their slots.
