According to details, the victim arrived in Muzaffargarh after spending three years working in Saudi Arabia. His valuable belongings, including electrical appliances, passport, and other important items purchased through his hard-earned savings, were stolen shortly after his arrival. The incident occurred when the overseas Pakistani got off a van in Muzaffargarh and was loading his luggage onto a rickshaw. After placing all his belongings inside the vehicle, he briefly went to get Zamzam water, during which the rickshaw driver allegedly fled with the luggage.
