KACST Bootcamp Targets Research Commercialization in Saudi Arabia

The King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Research, Development and Innovation Authority, has opened registration for the Deep Tech Commercialization Bootcamp. The program is designed for research teams across Saudi Arabia that have developed prototypes or advanced technologies ready for testing and market introduction.

Bootcamp Details and Timeline

Registration will remain open until April 29, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency on Saturday. The bootcamp is scheduled to take place at The Garage in Riyadh from May 3 to May 5. It aims to provide an enabling environment for researchers and innovators, equipping them with essential tools and skills to transform their innovation projects into successful, investment-ready ventures.

The program will assist participants in overcoming the commercialization challenges associated with deep technologies. It will also channel innovation toward supporting national development priorities, ensuring that research outcomes have a tangible economic impact.
