The 4th Ghamnak Hussaini Adabi Melo is scheduled to take place on June 7th and June 8th at the Sindh Museum in Hyderabad. This two-day annual cultural and Sufi festival is dedicated to honoring the legacy of the prominent Sindhi poet and educator, Syed Ghulam Rasool Shah 'Ghamnak' Hussaini.
Celebrating Sindhi Heritage
The event aims to bring together local communities, traditional artisans, and renowned folk artists to celebrate the rich literary and musical heritage of Sindh. Past editions of the festival have featured well-known performers such as Sanam Marvi, who captivated audiences with traditional Sindhi poetry and soul-stirring music.
Special Session on Women in Society
In addition to multiple segments, a special session titled 'Women in Suffocated Society' will be held on the first day of the literary festival at 6:30 PM. Eminent women will shed light on this important topic, discussing the challenges and roles of women in contemporary society.
